Most people build once, and it is the biggest cheque they will ever write. We run the job so you always know what is happening on site and what it is costing, without having to chase anyone for an answer.
Stefan DiRienzo leads Santa'lana Builders, with experience across everything from tight access custom builds to boutique renovations. He runs the programme, the trades and the budget himself, so the person who quotes your job is the person running it.
The trades we use are the trades we keep using, and the standard gets checked before it is covered up rather than after. Everyone who accesses your home is licensed and trained, and the site is run that way whether or not you are there on the day.
